I found this blade at a small shop that dealt mainly in colonial reenactment gear. It was marked as a cutlass but looks more like a cuttoe or hanger to me. Can anyone identify the maker's mark? The clerk at the shop wasn't the owner and didn't know much. Any info will be very appreciated!

Thank you very much! After looking up it's specs, it's definitely not something functional. I knew I was taking that risk though, luckily I didn't pay a whole lot for it. At least I've got a new wall decoration to look at lol. Thank you for the help!
