Assuming it is drawn (carved I think?) to scale ;)
I'm thinking:
Blade: 1 and 1/2 " wide
Guard: 3" wide by 7/8"
Grip:7"
Are we looking at the evolution of the long hilted roman spatha, or maybe it's an eastern alanic type? I think this looks similar to alanic swords, but I'm no expert.

Looking at the bottom scene, the man on the left looks like he's in chains, and the man at right has his hands behind his back. So I'm thinking these might be captured weapons. I thought it might be a roman cavalry spatha, but maybe not.
