Looks like a cheap Spanish tourist piece.

Given the dimensions, it could be a sword made for a child...maybe for theatrical use. Still, a cheap decorative piece. If it were much smaller, I might have thought it to be a large letter-opener. ;) ....McM

i've found a very similar sword, King Carlos/Charles III Sword. Probably my sword is an replica. anyways, thanks for the attention! :D
