Custom Bauernwehr with Scabbard posted on our facebook page.
We are starting this thread to update when we add a new pic or adjust things so people can see what we are up to  We will do independent threads with major changes like new items or promotions. Just figured folks would like the pics :)
Have a great day!
One of the areas for embellishment on a sword with a wheel pommel is to paint the center disc. Whether recessed or not, this focal spot would have attracted the artistic talents of the owner to display a badge or colors. This would have been the kind of personalization that would be achievable by any status level in society. Many swords in period would probably have had this type of decoration added but most would have been colors or perhaps a cross or charge, the cross of St George for example. Higher status individuals would have been the types to hire artists or talented retainers to create a more personalized element. Here is an example of one we did for a customer that turned out quite nicely. This has the enhancement of a motto carved into the pommel around the central hub as well.

We had a Spatha on the Muster Page a while back and the fellow who picked it up asked for a scabbard to go with this is how it turned out.

Spatha combo came out appealing to the eye.
When is the new Irish Sword coming out??
Excellent question Kevin. I wish I had a concrete answer for you but currently it is not set as yet. Still doing some of the design and prototyping. We have been very focused on catching up on things and getting more orders out smoothly lately so some of the r and d things have not had as much time applied to them of late.

I can't wait to see it Craig, any hints on the design? Which one is it going to be based on or is it going to be a composite?
Please be a true two hander with a really nice LONG grip, please...
Here is a modified Town Guard done with a custom pommel and grip.

Note to Robin and Kevin: I will be able to give out some details at some point but as of now we are still working on a few things. But we welcome hearing what interests you at any time:-)

Although its out of my historical 'zone', I really like the Town Guard. This one is especially nice.
Craig, I'd like to see you do one based on the River Suck sword with the type XIX blade and S guard. Please!...... I've attached the drawing from Halpin's book.

Ok - that's just effin' sexy! I looked at and read through it's page and have to believe it was a challenge to fully design and build, but gave an enormous sense of pride and accomplishment upon completion. The details of this thing are just enough over-the-top without falling into the realm of caricature. Beautiful and lethal functional art. Love it! If I ever get into that era of collecting, I know where to go.
Aw man, I love you work. If only you'd do a Type XVII. A guy can dream...

That's what custom orders are for. They'll make whatever you want.

Here is a large Type L War Axe with distressed finish we recently did.

Craig, nice looking axe, did you heat treat the edge while keeping the body and socket soft ?
I know that this can be an option for a slightly higher price point, but seems worth doing even if many period pole arms like halberds or Bills where often not hardened, but I think most axes would have a hardened hedge.
( I'm still very happy about my semi-customized hardened edged English Bill I bought from A&A a few years back. :D )

Here is a recently finished commission. Our three ring Italian hilt in blackened finish with silver wire grip and turksheads mounted on a wide rapier blade with pierced detail. Turned out quite well. The customer was happy with the result.

If I was the customer I'd be ecstatic. That's a beautiful rapier.
Wow, that rapier is fantastic. The pierced blade is stunning. I've always loved those blades you guys do.
