I have the great good fortune of being able to attend the International Congress on Medieval Studies in May in Kalamazoo Mi... My friend Cameron Christian- Weir is presenting a paper on the Lethality of the English War bow/Arrows against Armored and Unarmored opponents .(I am taking some liberties with his title)At any rate I will be what they call the Presider of the demonstration and discussion. It is session #203.
If any of my fellow forumites will be in attendance I certainly hope you will stop by and introduce yourself .
I have never been to this event but my friend Craig Johnson with Arms and Armor has assured me I will have a` great time and in all likelihood spend to much money in the book sellers area.
Again I hope to have the opportunity to meet some of you at this event.

The next International Congress on Medieval Studies will be held from 12 to 15 May 2016 at its usual venue, the Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
