http://hemaalliance.com/discussion/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=3489 has one additional image, showing close-ups of the etched portraits.

It was apparently part of an auction in Luzerne, Switzerland in September 2013. Supposedly, http://imageshack.us/g/1/10306833/ has additional images, and the auction house might have more on their site somewhere: http://www.fischerauktionen.ch/. I didn't click through to hunt them down, though.
