Tobias Capwell, curator of arms and armor at the Wallace Collection, London, explores the essential characteristics of medieval and Classical warriors as illustrated in manuscript art. Why would you need tickets when the admission is free, Lloyd?

Reservation required. There is limited space.
Raman has it right. The lecture hall at the Getty is pretty small. I go to lectures there all the time and sometimes it's standing room only.
Will it be available online in some format? Streaming live, or recorded in some way?
Unknown but doubtful in my experience
It would be nice if someone attending could film the lecture (provided that is allowed) for all of those who cannot attend. Since it is not for profit, I don't imagine they would object to the dissemination of that information.
