Happened on this youtube video. Since everything is steel related on this forum I thought this different, far more primitive blade would perk some peoples interest. I thought it was very cool.

Pretty nifty. I have a knife that's almost done that's a bone blade, it's not elk, but a caribou I shot last fall. It's been fun making something with all organic materials, I've just been collecting some pine sap right now as it warms up to make pitch so I can finish assembly. I'll be sure to post here when it's done.
