Can anyone identify what the curved sword in the bottom two pictures is?

It's a really decent design and I'm trying to determine whether it's still sold anywhere.
Thanks for the help.
I guess it's a Jody Samson custom sword.
Judging from how the grip is wrapped, and the furniture on the piece, the assumption that it is a Jody Samson piece is a solid bet.
Indeed, looking at a webpage displaying his work I found what appeared to be the same sword (actually, they call it a dagger). His other works are really impressive as well.
Do you guys happen to know (or guess at) what the historical influences for that sword (dagger) may be? It's reminiscent of both a middle eastern sword as well as a Russian Kindjal (http://www.reliks.com/merchant.ihtml?pid=1950).
Thanks for the information :-)
