Jeff Wasson did a beautiful reproduction of this bascinet in 2006. According to him it should be the Churburg S16 bascinet with S17 visor. I don't want to lift his photos of the repro since I don't have his permission but here's a link to the AA thread in which he won armour of the month for this very helmet.

It can also be seen on Jeff's own website here, about midway down the page with the pomme on the point of the bascinet :

I have found two more pictures:

Iv seen jeff wasson's version pop up a lot while searching for this helm. He did a great job on it! As much as I enjoy looking at reproductions I'm wanting to gather as many photos as I can of the original :D

Thanks for posting the info Churburg S16 bascinet with S17 visor ;) That'll help a lot while I track down more photos.

@ Piotr- Thank you for posting those photos! I find the second one rather interesting. The visor isn't formed around the helm like you would expect from other bascinets :/ I wonder if this was handled wrong, or that it was actually made like that?
maybe originally they didnt go together hmmmmm

It's typical for bascinets with houndskull visor I guess, others examples from this period also have such gaps between visor and skull. It's space left for lining and avential.
