Anything viking post it here. I don't have anything at the moment, but am interested in viking swords

Not a sword, but I did just make a new tunic. It's based primarily on 11th century Anglo-Saxon illuminations, but a lot of my research was from Viking archaeological finds from Skjoldehamn and Hedeby (also, I think it's somewhat artificial to distinguish between Anglo-Saxons and Vikings in this period). So!

A Viking is not really a Viking without his ship! This is ours, the Sae Hrafn.

The white is a facing of fabric with the edges folded under, sewn around the tunic's neckline. Everything else (green braid, and embroidery wools) was then stitched onto that facing.
Here is some things from me and my brothers kits.

heres some of me in what i would agree to be vinking/saxon gear, first a bit of a pose (i dont pose wel) and secondly an action shot in softer kit.
i must agree with Andrew w's comment, there are some things which distinguish vikings and saxons, but they not always common, and most are somewhat indestinguishable, things were taken by vikings through trade, frankish swords, fine english wool and clothing, their styles in metal work were often admired by the opposite and swapped(or nicked!)
