Nice work John. Blade for that curved sword looks wicked.

Finest work again. I really like your blades.
Sweet! I've always like your take on the Fulham gladius. You give it a bit more width in the "leaf" portion of the blade and I think it adds considerably to the attractiveness.
The bare blades look good and there are a couple of interesting ones in there. I look forward to seeing the completed swords.

I kinda' been waiting to see what you've been up to, John, as I always enjoy watching
the evolution of each piece ... can you tell us what the middle " uber-machete-like "
blade is going to be ?

The wood and bone hilt gladius still needs file work and the wood will bubinga is much darker now due to sealer and polish. Have to do the etching on the other "Comados" and the bronze hilt is now polished. The curved sword is for James Fang will be a fabulous cutting saber with fullers and fancy hilt. James will most likely post finished pics later.
