Anyway ontopic, sometime ago i considered buying a sword made by Viktor Berbekucz, it was one of his trademark stock removal made blades, but the sword in question feeled somewhat poor balanced and the steel's finish was a pain to behold. Of course, that was some 3 years ago, and by this day things could have improved.
Oh and one more thing, his distributer in my country tried to make fortune selling his swords for a price three times larger than Victor would charge himself. I know this because i e-mailed him personally.

I purchased http://www.kasto.org/178-1-5hand-sword.html from Kasto and I still use it (purchased it 2 years ago and am planning to use it in a sword fighting tournament this weekend). It is a good price/value, by this I mean that you can find better but you certainly can find a lot worse. One of the downside is that the material is relatively light and if you plan to use it intensively against stronger swords then you may have a lot of wear and tear. I also wouldn't recommend this sword for heavy
reenactment battlefields, but if you are interested in a light sword with a good handling and don't want to spen too much money then these swords are the ones you searching for.

You may also consider the swords of Jiri Krondak http://www.fabri-armorum.com/english/ , they don't look so nice but they also offer a great balance and are a little bit stronger than the ones from Kasto (my swordfighting club has bought some swords of him and they handle great :) ).
