I've recently bought a Butted Chain Maille Shirt.
My main problem with it is that it's digging into my throat a little. I wear a turtle neck with it.
What can I do to adjust the neck area?
Do I expand it?
Make it into a V-neck?
Any tips on taking care of maille would be great too.
Thanks.

Well no offense to the above post but you can hardly understand it...
A quick tip, get two pairs of pliers, if you want to make a V in the front its easy, just seperate the rings one at a time and take them off one at a time.
or you can take off rings on the center like a straight l in the center of the front, that will still allow the neck to open up and will stay a tad loose.
butted rings are really easy to work with

Very easy. Remove a row of rings below the neck area until it gets comfortable. Butted mail is cake to work with.
Keep the extra rings on hand to replace any others that go missing, as butted mail will do with heavy use over time.
