need help sword id gerb weversberg short sword

i am trying to find date of manufacture, rank of soldier it was issued too and amount made. its handle is brass and what looks like an ivory material in black. on scabbard and hilt is stamped 12.A.7.52 . would really apreciate any help cheers sean
