Great for anyone with kids
http://cgi.ebay.com/STAGE-THEATER-TOY-SWORD-m...240%3A1318

Ebay item# 110342955070

Here is a great buy from Noble Armory for anyone who would like to have fun bashing swords around with their kids. These swords are tough, the owner says they are good tempered aluminum. They also make a super neat ringing sound when striking them together. They have a thick peened over tang. The blade is 18" long, 1 3/4" wide, and overall length is two feet. I already bought some. One for my nephew, one for my 3 year old girl, and one for my one year old boy.

For perspective I added a photo. The boy holding the sword is 5'6" and 14 years old.
Smallsword of some kind:

I thought someone should post a pic of sword from the above link so that we'll have it when the link dies out.

Not an eBay find... does Craigslist count? I can't believe he was going to sell it to anyone that rang his doorbell with $125 in their hand.

Who made that? I like it.

It's an Austrian Masterpiece made by Johann Schmidberger back in the 80's. They were sold in the US by Museum Replicas for a few years but Hank had to drop it as they were having a hard time getting them. Originally price was $350 if I remember right. I have no idea what they are worth now but they are hard to find and as far as I know the pictures I posted are the only Austrian Masterpiece pictures on the IntarWeb. Here is a link to Johann's site. http://www.schmiede-schmidberger.at/schmidberger/chronik.htm
