Anyone seen an arming jacket with chainmail reinforced sides? where can I buy one

no. you have to buy the mail separate and attach it to your arming jacket. you can get the mail (called voiders) from places like Historic Enterprises and Ice Falcon Armoury. Attaching them is all up to you. I have seen people lace them one, sew them on, point them on etc etc.
