I had recently taken the test (passed) about six months ago and am only twenty I turn twenty one in April. I was wondering if I could send in the forms before my birthday and they could send it to me when I am of age. The reason I ask is I live in South Carolina and am about to move for schooling and would like to have it before I move. Any help would be appreciated in this off off topic.
