Good head's up. The reprints aren't great in terms of quality for the plates but this particular title has a tremendous amount of info in text/illustration format that translate well as a copy. This facsimile is produced by Ken Trotman Publishing and is amongst many other such reprints. Check 'em out.

Well if only they had done this a few months earlier, I might have saved some cash :\

But good news anyway! That way more sword enthusiasts will be able to get this reference book...

After all, information wants to be reasonably priced ;)

I actually picked up an excellent hardcover reprint from a publishing company that will do print on demand not too long ago (though if they don't have it in stock you may have to wait for a little bit so its best to go in with friends). I happened to luck out and they had one in stock so I had it by the end of the week. I don't know about advertising here but if someone wants to pm me I'm more than happy to share. The reprinted plates don't look too bad at all in my copy.

The digital world may have improved over the old reprints. As I go back further in dates while collecting old swords, I guess I really need this as my next physical shelf item.

I just got my copy of the Ken Trotman books reprint. The scan quality is passable for the text (it's come through a little fuzzy, but totally readable) and good for the line drawings. The prints are in black and white and not great, but probably passable enough for my use. I can upload some random spreads if anyone wants to see.
