is a faithful reproduction, since all contemporary depictions of Giovanni delle Bande Nere has nothing to do with such a headgear piece

ALSO if somebody know which armourer takes pride in making this movie prop (i.e. helmet) i would be very thankful for sharing this precious info, since this is a very beatiful and unique sallet

Given his time period (1498-1526) he would have probably worn an armet or a close helm, not a sallet. The rest of his armour, though, in the fourth pic you linked to, is remarkably good for "movie armour." I don't know if they were still wearing plackarts by 1520 but his harness looks really good - especially the rolled edges, the pauldrons and the elbow guards, three items that movie makers almost NEVER get right.

If i'm not wrong the consultant for the movie is a famous italian reenactor and weapons collector.

Giovanni's half-harness survives in il Museo Stibbert in Florence. His helmet was a bellows-visor armet. You can likely find pictures online if you search.
