Yes. Mind that the chieftain reconstruction is quite probably entirely wrong, with the only correct part that he was short and chubby :) This is what people looked like in the Hallstatt period: [ Linked Image ]
Although it's not known whether people looked like that in the Netherlands, at least the goods from the grave indicate the same culture.
