The room containing most of the Japanese displays was very dark, assuming they wanted to keep the light bleaching effect to a minimum, so I only got a few pics there. There were several more firearm displays but were constrained by time and other "need to see" requirements, I didn;t get more firearm pics.

Wow, thank you so much for taking and posting all these pictures. I really need to get back to the Met now...
Thanks Pete. The pictures are wonderful. I was supposed to go to the Met last Saturday but family matters took precedence so hopefully in a week or two I'll add to these.
