I had the opportunity to handle this sword in person. Though appears to the eye as in "relic condition" it is very much alive, the blade can be flexed to 30-40 degrees and it springs back to true.

Very nice. I'm suprised reading the linked thread to see that not many have been found in the area.
Indeed, only a handfull. Arrowheads aside, found by thousands.
