Some of the weights on the Albion NextGen swords have to be wrong. Like the Regent which is listed as: "3 lbs 8 oz (1.25 kilos)". Which is it? 3 lbs 8oz is closer to 1,6kg as far as I can calculate.

My fault -- it is 1.59 kilos... I am going to go through and correct them. Please feel free to list the ones you see in error just in case I miss any.

Yes, >1,5kg is the correct number (I weighted mine with 1520 g).

Having handled the Regent, I have to say that regardless of actual weight, it feels as if it weighs far less than either 1.6 kg. or 1.25 kg.
Hello im thinking of buying a Albion sword but i wonder if the next generation swords are peened or are they threaded and peened as the first generation swords?

The Next Gen swords are hot peened. This article will give you the details - http://www.albionarmorers.com/functional.htm
I don't think the First Gen swords were constructed this way in the past, but they are hot peening them now.

So it is peened, you just can't see it because it's been polished.

Yes it is peened and blended into as invisible an effect as we can (considering you are blending too different alloys of steel). If you look at this photo as well, you can see that it would be impossible to screw the pommel on to the tang -- the wide shoulders of the tang go way up into the pommel in a matching rectangular space.
