Infos about an unusual Ballock-Dagger
Hello,

to create a replica, I need some further informations (measurements, detailed photos of blade and hilt) about this unusual type of Ballock-Dagger from the Metropolitan Museum of Art...

Thanks & best regards

Martin from Cologne (Germany)

French or Flemish example dates from the second half of the 15th century, Metropolitan Museum of Art.jpg

Heh what I call a "mutant" ballock dagger, as the hilt has three...erm...glands. There's one of these in the Invalides in Paris, though I can't post the pics I know I have at the moment as I'm not home.
