If you scroll about half way down theres two pics described as ..." Medieval helmet, breastplate and shield dating from the 17th century " ...the accuracy of the statement is not my point of interrest. Whats interresting is that the Barbute looks like its very embellished in Latern decoration. Also what looks like a decorative 17thC shield is only about Buckler size and it can be seen attached to the armour stand on the left.
Does anyone know anything aboput these items ? I dont think I've ever seen a Barbute like that before but I sure have never seen a "Parade" shield that small ! ...is it unique ?

Don't laugh, but it looks to me like a museum employee had a few too many parts to display and put the leftovers together.
