Hi, I work at Glencairn Museum in Bryn Athyn, PA (north of philedelphia). http://www.glencairnmuseum.org/
I just was browsing through the photo albums and noticed some axes similar to ones we have in our collection.
I was wondering anybody knows anything about the pieces. We know very little about ours but we have them listed as 17th c. Saxon miner's axes (from Germany). I have included the links to myArmoury's pictures and attached a picture of one of ours.
Thanks for any help,
Nathan Cole
