Biggish seax with a continental feel.
Had a go at something for a friend and fellow group member, hope you all approve. 27 inches overall and on the heavy side it is based on an earlier period continental style
seax with a hilt made from Bone and English Elm. Kept it fairly understated and tried to get the lines and feel right.
Sharp ( very ) blade made from en 45 and patinated then polished on the edge to give it a bit of a life story.
Hilt and pommel.
