Yes .... Alex asked Vince to try and sell it for him, at the show, as he needed to raise some funds for a new car ! |

Cool. I'm glad you got a chance to see it. It's a great sword and much smaller than one might expect. That basket-hilt looks especially nice of Vince's. I'm also extremely excited to hear about the new toy you brought home. |

Hey Mac,
I'm not sure how visible it was, but believe it or not (from the pics) the top 1/8" or so of the central finger of the Caithness pommel is actually the hot-peened tang. Eric and the guys do a great job of reshaping and blending the peens after they are done smacking them with a hammer. |

Mac,
I had a chance to handle your new toy yesterday when I visited with Vince and Grace (who stopped at Grace's sister's house, which fortuitously was only 16 miles from my house). What a wonderful piece. I had wild visions of walking off with it; it would've been an interesting companion piece to my Turcael. I picked up the beautiful Oxtail Sabre, and will post pics and stats when I get the chance, probably after the SuperBowl. |

is that the new and improved Agincourt that Mike (or Harlan) is holding? |
