That's a good buy, even better than the KoA price. I used to have one of these. If you buy one thinking--"Wow, that would be a cool camping axe."---No, they aren't. They are too head-heavy and the way it is shaped just glances off firewood kindling, even properly sharpened. The hammer poll is pretty handy. It's a great little axe though. Fun to smash 'n bash with! ......McM

Now this actually DOES make a pretty decent camping axe...IF you don't mind the round handle. Nothing a little cord or leather won't fix. Mine has the head pinned in, but I used a steel axe wedge in the top. No prob. You can use the blade cutout to pull nails too! :D Good deal there...cheaper than KoA. :D .......McM
