Congrats on a beauty of a sword James. I still can't put my Jarl down :D
Would you consider doing a full blown review for us? It would be a good addition for the Reviews section.
Nice shield too.

Congrats! Thats a real beauty :D I look forward to your review.
Hello James,
Congratulations on the fine aquistion. Your shield appears to be a Mercanerys tailor. What kind of paint did you use on that? Thanks, Jeremy

Congrats on a beautiful sword there, James! I'd have a hard time putting one of those down myself. It's a real beauty. :)
Thanks James, a review would be outstanding.
I know what you mean about the Jarl and the Huscarl. That's exactly the impression I had of the two. "In your face" is a perfect way to describe the Huscarl. The Witham Viking sword in the British Museum has always been one of my favorites of the type. Naturally when Albion announced the Jarl I was pretty excited. I have to say that they did an excellent job on this one. It may be my favorite Albion to date. The Hersir is catching my intrest also.
Could you post a pic of the grip on your shield? I have a viking shield from Viking Shield.com that I'd like to redo the grip on, and I'd like to see how you did yours.
