Yes I went to read the more recent news on Armour Archive Forums.
Note: Important info is at the bottom of page 16 of the Topic thread and currently the last page of comments is page 17 as I write this.
Just to make it easier to find:

Hope this gets resolved as suggested in the: Quote: |
" letter of demand was sent to Brian and Ann Price last week " |
Anyway, an interesting read and good to know.
( NOTE: Written before I read Chad's comment i.e.cross- posting at the same time and my post was to make finding the most relevant information easier. ;) )
( EDITED ADDITIONAL: Note Christian's link in the post following seems to go directly to the relevant post, the link I posted is on the right page but one must scroll to the bottom of the page to the last post on that page ..... Just too avoid confusion. ;) )

Hi Chad,
This should help "cut to the chase". Here's a link giving the status of our legal action, as well as copying the text of a letter the aggrieved authors sent to the Prices:

I hope this makes things easier.

Gosh, I am not an attorney nor do I want to act as one on the internet but as informational as the process and discovery is to read, I might suggest caution and be firm while maintaining any thoughts as contingent. It has been a couple of weeks since I read that thread but there are some statements from both sides of the fence that I think would flag wildly as intent and expectation (of course both are most often regarded as contingencies).
Cheers?

Hi Glen,
I'm not sure what you mean: Mr. Price has, after all, admitted to not paying any royalties since 2007.
Cheers,
Christian
