* RECOMMENDED * Yes, read it, tried it, and after a few months of 'modern' training, really feel that this is the way it should be. I've seen a few reviews about his theory and they were negative, but if you have an open mind it all makes sense. He is an expert. No, I don't plan on having his children, but his info really rocks.
