* RECOMMENDED * A fantastic way for us hobbyists, and participants in Medieval European re-enactments, to introduce our children to the lives and times of the people we emulate. My three kids literally lived half their lives in the 14th C. and the other half in the 20th. All three have read this book, and it greatly improved their understanding of the lifestyles, and mannerisms that fit their roles in a medieval village.
