The perfect companion to Arms and Armour of the Medieval Knight. Covering the Japanese traditions in armouring and weaponry. Very concise in the transition of the do or cuirass where the most subtle of detail in lacing or the tying of the plate changed the definition and almost the function of the kit.

Great book!

This book has great pictures and is a great reference book for all types of samurai armors. I have read it numerous times and still flip through the pages on a weekly basis. Would strongly recomend to any one who is fascinated by samurai beauty.
